Deloitte Adjusts Workforce and Embraces Outsourcing

Deloitte has announced staff cuts by 170 jobs in Australia as part of a move to embrace outsourcing. The firm has also estimated India's GDP to grow between 7.1% and 7.3% for the fiscal year 2027. Reports indicate Deloitte is in line with a broader trend among big four firms to focus on outsourcing. The cuts come amid a troubled week for the company, with 200 consultants also being dismissed. The firm's financial transformation consulting role in Birmingham is still open for applications.
