Users worldwide report problems with Instagram including access issues and timed-out content. Downdetector data shows a sudden rise in outage reports over the past hours. All the app and website appear having problems concurrently. Meta has yet to release a statement about the disruption as of 22 July 2026. Cases reported have been noted across Facebook, Messenger and Instagram at the same time.
